Can I save money by doing some of the work myself?
Absolutely, We welcome your input. Keep in mind that electrical and plumbing work must be done by a licensed contractor unless you take a homeowner’s test to qualify.

What months are we able to build?
Fortunately here in New Mexico we can build year round. We may have a few bad weather days but typically construction proceeds through winter.

How do we know where to shop and when you will need our decisions?
After signing the contract you will receive your construction notebook. In the notebook you will find a list of local suppliers as well as on-line venders. There is also information on the time-line for decisions you will need to make each month.

How can we keep the construction within our budget?
Together we will monitor the budget at each major phase of construction, this way it allows us to adjust other categories if one phase comes in high or low.

When can we start?
Depending on our current workload and when your are ready we can typically get you into the schedule between 30 to 60 days.
