Debbie Reynolds
Owner, Licensed General Contractor
Homescapes New Mexico, LLC

After studying architectural design/drafting, Debbie designed custom homes until obtaining her general contractor’s license and starting her own building company in 1994. Debbie knows this business, literally, from the ground up, and is committed to providing you the kind of professionalism, quality and integrity that you deserve and expect from your builder. Debbie provides design work (if needed) and oversees each job personally. She is at the jobsite on a regular basis, coordinating, organizing, and inspecting each phase of construction. She makes it a priority to assure the quality craftsmanship and superior products that Homescapes New Mexico is known for.

 

Wayne Wester

Project Foreman

Wayne is not only a great project foreman for Homescapes, he is also an incredibly talented custom cabinet maker and trim carpenter. As a finish carpenter, he knows that providing attention to detail is what makes our projects something to be proud of. Wayne not only lends his experience and expertise to our homes in the form of his own work, but he expects the same level of quality from all the sub-contractors he oversees.

 

 

 

 

 

Madeline Gutwein

Project Coordinator

Madeline came to work with us after we built her home in 2007. She is extremely organized and focused, keeping the jobs moving and making sure the job sites are clean, safe, and secure. Madeline is also a professional photographer and provides our clients with beautiful digital photos of the construction of their homes.
